汽油车尾气采样装置的设计及其收集物的成份分析

为了全面地分析汽油车尾气中的液、固、气态各类成份,根据汽油车尾气直排气的特点设计了一套采样装置,以粉尘采样器采集了颗粒物成份,以XAD-2树脂和聚氨酯泡沫(PUF)采集了气态成份,以冷凝器采集了冷凝液成份。各类成份经二氯甲烷提取,并经色谱-质谱联用仪(GC/MS)分析。并对汽车尾气中的常规成份进行了现场测定。结果显示90#汽油燃料汽车尾气中的非常规成份有99种,主要为单环芳烃,占78.4%,烃类物质占12.3%,多环芳烃占0.4%,还有少量的醛,酯等。
英文摘要
A set of device was designed for collecting tailpipe exhaust,by which all three states of exhaust were gathered directly from tailpipe. Particles were collected with particle sampler, gas phase with XAD 2 resin and poly urethane foam(PUF) in a U typed tube and liquor condensate with condensator. A representative sample of gasoline exhaust was getted. GC/MS was used to determine the component after samples were extracted by dichloromethane. The result showed that 90# gasoline exhaust contains 99 components. Monocylic aromatic hydrocarbons are the main component with 78.4%, aliphatic hydrocarbons are the second with 12.3%, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are 0.4 %.In addition, a few of aldehyde and ester are found. Some preferential control contaminants were quantificationally analyzed.
