柠檬酸修饰碳纳米管及其分散性能

采用硫酸和硝酸混合酸纯化碳纳米管,然后用氨水和柠檬酸处理纯化的碳纳米管,并运用透射电子显微镜和红外光谱表征碳纳米管的结构和形貌。另外,还研究了碳纳米管在水中的分散性能。光谱实验表明,经过混合酸处理不仅能够得到纯净的碳纳米管,而且能够在碳纳米管的表面引入丰富的羟基和羧基官能团。通过氨水处理和柠檬酸修饰,能够在碳纳米管表面引入氨基官能团和柠檬酸分子。分散实验显示,柠檬酸修饰提高了碳纳米管在水中的分散性能。
英文摘要
The multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were purified by immersing in a 3∶1 mixture of concentrated H2SO4 and HNO3, and then were treated with ammonia and citric acid (CA), respectively. The structure and image of MWNTs were measured by Infrareed spectrum and electron microscopes. Furthermore, their dispersion properties in aqueous solution were studied. The spectrum results showed that there are many oxygenated functional groups on the surface of the MWNTs, and the amidocyanogen and CA molecules were introduced onto the surface of MWNTs. The results of dispersion experiment illuminated that the dispersion ability of MWNTs in aqueous solution was significantly improved by modification of CA.
