企业人力资本投资多维模型的实证性分析——基于四川与广东企业的实证数据

中文摘要
人力资本投资是企业人力资源战略的重要内容。通过对企业人力资本投资多维模型的构建,提出人力资本投资策略可分为增值性人力资本投资和保值性人力资本投资,得出前者可以提高企业人力资本总量,后者对企业人力资本总量并无影响的结论。分析四川与广东两省企业的调查数据,比较不同类型的投资策略对企业人力资本总量的影响,以及不同的投资策略对人力资本各维度的影响,发现增值性人力资本投资确能带来企业人力资本在量上和质上的变化,而保值性人力资本投资对此的影响并不显著。
