印度大选与新政府的政策走向

2014年的大选将以开启政党政治新局面而载入当代印度政治史。莫迪为首的印度人民党(BJP)获得单独执政的压倒性胜利,这既是该党自成立以来前所未有的强势,也扭转了印度政党政治延续20多年的"联合执政"局面。印度人民党获胜既得益于其体现民众诉求的竞选纲领和巧妙的选举策略,也因为国大党的"一败涂地"和其他政党集团的"勾心斗角",而印度广大选民的"求变"心态则是关键所在。莫迪就任后,新政府政策走向事关印度未来发展,引人注目。
