管理学:科学主义还是人本主义

科学主义范式和人本主义范式从管理学诞生开始,一直主导着管理学的发展。它们都是管理学范式的重要组成部分,是同一个硬币的两面,是交互共生的,都对管理学的发展作出了重要的贡献。那种将管理学范式人为地划分为科学主义范式或人本主义范式的做法,那种为了发展一种管理学范式而把另一种范式视为假象之敌的做法,都是极为错误的,将会严重地阻碍管理学的发展。
