中国与南亚能源合作中的地缘政治战略考量

我国能源安全受到国际地缘政治因素的巨大影响。南亚国家与中国和中亚国家特殊的地缘政治战略关系决定了其对中国能源安全具有重要的战略意义。中印能源合作除了共同迎接"亚洲溢价"挑战外,更主要的还有地缘政治战略考虑。从地缘政治战略角度看,巴基斯坦对中国在经济上的意义主要是可以作为我国重要的能源通道;中国与孟加拉国的能源合作要受到与印度和缅甸关系的制约与影响;斯里兰卡是中国能源供应经过印度洋区域的关键节点;中国、尼泊尔、印度建设南亚贸易通道对推动三国经贸合作具有积极意义。
