企业知识传播障碍:理论研究与制度安排

在知识传播和利用的过程中,存在不少认识和方法上的问题,特别是组织战略以及与战略配套的相关制度保障的缺位,导致知识传播障碍的出现,从而影响了组织知识管理的效率和效益。从制度安排的角度提出解决知识传播障碍的思路,知识管理的成功必须建立在知识的创造、已有知识的集成和利用以及克服知识传播过程中的障碍三者之间平衡的基础之上。
