战后初期西方国家把非洲丰富的资源和廉价的劳动力看成是使自己“康复”的希望 ,因而加大对非洲的投资。非洲各国利用外资 ,发展本国的经济。在基础设施、采矿业、加工业和进口替代业等方面 ,取得了显著的成绩。与此同时 ,在利用外资发展经济这一重大问题上 ,不仅取得了丰富的经验 ,也有不少的教训值得吸取
