共享的动机和机制:单位向社区居民共享服务资源研究

共享是新时代社会治理格局的根本。在社区治理中,共享的重要内容是社会单位向社区居民共享服务资源。依据对共享动机的理论分析、结合多中心治理理论及嵌入性理论,可以构建社会单位向社区居民共享服务资源的理论框架及研究假设。以之分析北京市X区2017年社会单位资源开放共享问卷调查数据,发现单位与社区关联度对资源共享度有显著影响,并被社会和政治动机完全中介。研究表明:共享本质来源于社区内部多元主体间的广泛联系,共享与共建共治不可分割;只有通过社会和政治等共享动机才能激发和增强共享行为;共享动机是实现共享的核心机制,以社会责任为中心的社会动机是单位共享行为的根本动机,发挥政治动员作用的政治动机也是重要组成部分。
