印美民用核合作受挫及其对印美关系的影响

美国与印度的战略关系近年来持续提升,民用核合作的酝酿成为广受关注的话题,也在双方国内引发涉及各自国家利益的激烈辩论。印度由于无法达成国内政治共识,在2007年10月单方面宣布冻结该协议的实施。围绕核合作的互动和印度政坛危机充分揭示印美关系的复杂性。但尽管双方在该重大问题上遇到暂时挫折,继续推进战略合作在可预见的将来仍将是各自外交和安全战略的主要重心。
