中美印在缅甸的竞合博弈及中国的应对

中文摘要
缅甸在中美印战略棋盘上均有非同寻常的战略地位。在美国亚太再平衡、印度加快东进和缅甸改革开放的背景下,中国在缅甸的传统影响受到美印联手挤压的挑战,缅甸自身的战略利益诉求和一定程度上的战略自主性使得局势更为复杂。但中国也有巨大的机遇和优势,我们应当考虑到缅甸的利益诉求,深刻领悟印美在缅甸的矛盾和分歧,在保持中印、中美分歧可控的同时,加强中缅战略伙伴关系建设,促进与印美在缅甸的双边和多边共同利益,维持竞合局面。
