社区服务是城市居民社区参与的“催化剂”吗?——基于全国108个城市社区的实证研究

当前我国社区发展的重要策略之一是通过加强社区服务来促进社区参与。对此的理论解释是社区服务有助于提高社区生活质量,因此社区居民为了改善社区生活质量就会通过社区参与影响社区服务决策。通过对108个城市社区中5353位居民调查问卷数据的实证分析,验证了居民的社区生活质量对其社区参与具有显著的正向影响,扩展了社区服务是社区发展催化剂这一重要的理论命题。因此,在城市基层社区治理中,应特别关注通过社区服务提升社区生活质量,丰富社区内涵,吸引居民融入社区。
