通过建立足部-鞋底-地面有限元仿真模型,模拟着鞋状态下的足部在落地过程中的受力情况,从而对鞋底的减震性能进行预测。第一部分是有限元模型的建立,在有限元软件中建立了足部-鞋底-地面有限元仿真模型,模拟并预测鞋底的减震性能。第二部分是验证实验,即验证有限元模型的有效性,让12名男性受试者分别穿着减震性能不同的运动鞋,从20、40、60 cm高度完成主动落地运动,使用三维测力台和鞋垫式足底压力测试系统同步采集分析落地冲击过程中的鞋底压力峰值和足底压力峰值。通过对比仿真模拟数据和实验数据,穿着不同运动鞋从不同高度下进行落地运动,模拟数据相对于实验数据的误差率也不同,但是所有误差率的绝对值都小于5%,因此验证了该足部-鞋底-地面有限元模型的有效性。本文建立了足部-鞋底-地面三维有限元仿真模型,用于鞋底减震性能测试的仿真模拟,在该模型中,可以任意改变鞋底的材料和结构,并对鞋底和足底的受力情况进行预测,从而指导运动鞋的设计和生产。
英文摘要
The present investigation established a finite element simulation model which simulates the force of the foot in shoes during the landing process.Furthermore, the model can predict the shock absorption performance of the sole. At first, the finite element software is used to establish the model which simulates and predicts the shock absorption performance of the sole.On this basis, the finite element model of the sole and the ground is added to obtain the final model, and then the landing movement under the shoe state is simulated. The second part is the verification experiment. It used 3D force table and insole type foot pressure test system to synchronize which collects and analyzes the peak pressure of the sole and the peak of the plantar pressure during the landing process. The error between experimental results and simulation results is less than 5%, thus it confirmed the effectiveness of the model.This paper established a three-dimensional model to simulate the shock absorption performance of the shoes. In this model, regardless of the material or the structure of the shoes, it can predict the force between the foot and sole. It can make sense in sports shoes' designing and production.
