在大数据时代,如何收集与处理数据成为各个品牌企业的研究重点,而供应链与需求链之间的信息不对称性也迫使企业更加注重对于需求端数据的定量研究。在零售行业中,销售终端作为重要的需求端载体,不仅数据维度多、而且数据采集较为困难,针对线下销售终端的数据采集成为了研究线下门店营销模式的关键。因此,本研究的目的是设计一套线下门店产品被关注数据的采集系统,并运用这一系统实证研究了某国内鞋类品牌凉鞋产品的关注度特征。首先开发了基于无线射频技术的热点传感器,并在该品牌线下门店内安装;通过对夏季期间的女凉鞋被消费者关注的数据进行采集,来分析产品关注次数与销售数之间的关系。结果显示,在所研究的周期内,消费者对夏季女凉鞋的关注度的变化体现了它作为短生命周期的产品在市场中的销售特点。基于本系统对消费行为数据的采集,而后通过对消费者产生消费心理到形成购买的消费行为进行定量研究,为鞋类产品销售终端数据的分析提供一个新思路。

英文摘要

In the age of big data, how to collect and process data has become paramount mission for footwear brands; meanwhile, information asymmetry between supply chain and demand chain also drives enterprises to pay more attention on data collection in both sides. Sales terminal is an important demand-side carrier in the retail industry, and its data style is multiple dimensional, particularly for the offline sales terminal which includes data such as consumers, products, promotions etc. However, studies focused on the offline retailing stores were rare. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to design a set of data collection system to collect how many times the products were concerned by consumers, and to apply this system to explore the performance of sandals from a domestic footwear brand. Data collection system based on radio frequency technology was first developed and they were installed in the offline stores. Then, through a summer's collecting, relationship between the number of times a product is followed and the number of sales is analyzed. Results show that proof from attention data obtain in this study, we demonstrated that female sandals were classified as short life cycle products in the market. This quantitative research on the consumption behavior provided a new thinking direction for analyzing the footwear sales terminal data.
