选取了一种含有多官能团的有机高分子鞣剂DC,采用皮粉作为胶原模拟物研究了鞣剂与皮胶原的作用机理。用白皮粉及经去氨基、去羧基、去胍基以及破坏氢键的皮粉,分别与鞣剂作用,通过测定作用后的鞣剂结合量、结合率以及皮粉的DSC曲线,初步推断出有机鞣剂DC与皮胶原作用时,主要与肽链上的氨基作用,羧基次之,而胍基和氢键贡献较小。

In this paper, the mechanism between multifunctional organic tanning agent DC and collagen was studied in a simulated approach. The white hide powder which removed the aminate, carboxylate, guanidine and hydrogen bonds was used to simulate collagen.According to the combined amount of tanning agent, the binding rate and DSC curve, it was found that amino groups performed most perfectly in the tanning process of DC, followed by carboxyl groups, whereas guanidyl group and hydrogen bonds played the least important role on the tanning process.
