运动已经成为了人们健康生活的一部分,与此同时运动损伤的案例也越来越多,尤其是在运动和部队训练中运动损伤极为常见。若踝关节扭伤,轻则影响运动水平的发挥,重则导致踝关节反复肿痛,造成慢性踝关节不稳,进而影响运动员或者军人的职业生涯。本文介绍了近年来有关踝关节扭伤原理、踝关节扭伤概率以及踝关节扭伤预防等方面的研究进展。

英文摘要

Sports has become a part of people's healthy life, and sports injuries are increasing at the same time. Injuries are quite common especially in sports and military training. The mild sprain of ankle joint will affect the sports level , while severe sprain will lead to repeatedly sore pain of the ankle joint, result in chronic ankle instability, and then impact the athletes or soldiers' career. The progress in recent years in ankle sprain principles, probability and it's prevention were introduced in this paper.
