1、主编介绍
魏于全院士, 2003年当选中国科学院院士,1959年生,四川南江人,中共党员,华西医科大学本科、硕士,日本京都大学医学博士,教授,博士生导师。原四川大学副校长,华西医院临床肿瘤中心主任与生物治疗国家重点实验室主任,中国医药生物技术协会理事长,国家生物治疗协同创新中心负责人,国家综合性新药研究开发技术大平台负责人, Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy共同主编、Human Gene Therapy 副主编、Current Molecular Medicine副主编、Current Cancer Drug Targets 负责亚洲地区的编委,Scientific Reports编委等。科技部“973” 项目首席科学家,国家自然科学基金创新研究群体负责人,教育部特聘教授,1997 年国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,国家“百千万人才工程”第一、二层次人选,十五“863” 生物与农业技术领域生物工程技术主题专家组组长,十二五“863” 生物与医学领域生物技术药物主题专家组成员、原中华医学会副会长、原教育部科学技术委员会生物医学学部常务副主任。主要从事肿瘤的生物治疗的基础研究、关键技术开发、产品研发及临床治疗等,有关肿瘤微环境、免疫治疗、基因治疗与靶向药物等相关研究结果已在多种国际杂志上发表SCI论文300多篇。发现了阻断HSP70表达,可诱导癌细胞凋亡。
张康教授目前就职于澳门科技大学。张康教授获得了哈佛大学和麻省理工学院医学博士,以及哈佛大学的遗传学博士学位,也是美国约翰霍普金斯大学威尔玛眼科中心第一位来自中国内地的眼科住院医生。张康教授在医学人工智慧、眼科学、干细胞,生物材料和3D列印,遗传学以及精准医学领域拥有较高造诣,亦拥有丰富临床实践经验和基础科研成果。曾获得Burroughs Wellcome基金会临床科学家转化型研究奖等多项国际奖项,2010年美国最佳眼科医生,2016、2018年眼科最具影响力世界100强榜单。在国际知名期刊包括New England Journal of Medicine, Nature, Science, Cell, Nature Genetics, Nature Medicine, Cell Stem Cell, Molecular Cell, PNAS, JCI等上发表文章200多篇。关于HTRA1基因是黄斑变性的主要易感基因的文章被《科学》评为2006年世界科学十大进展之一,基于AI深度学习诊断眼病和肺炎Cell封面论文被评为《Cell》2018年度最佳论文。
Carlo M. Croce教授,美国国家科学院院士、美国国家艺术与科学院院士、美国国家医学院院士、美国癌症研究院首批一级院士、意大利国家科学院外籍院士、美国俄亥俄州立大学杰出教授,是国际公认的miRNA领域领军人物。Croce教授在肿瘤致病机理方面做出了一系列开创性的研究成果,揭示了许多在白血病、淋巴瘤及其他肿瘤中的突变,首次发现并鉴定了BCL2、ALL1和TCL1基因;首次揭示了miRNA在肿瘤发生过程中的重要作用,掀起了miRNA的研究热潮。在Science、Nature 和Cell 三大主刊发表论文50余篇,H-index超过200,研究成果被他人引用高达十几万次。
